Thank you for your interest in Code/Art’s Future Female Tech Leaders Program taking place Sunday, March 15th 10:30am-4:30pm at University of Miami! Applications are now closed.

Event: The program takes place 10:30am – 4:30pm on Sunday, March 15, 2020 and includes access to Code/Art Fest’s STEAM Expo at the University of Miami’s Newman Alumni Center. The program is FREE for admitted students.

#IamRemarkable Google workshop: This workshop is tailored  to high school girls and is a version of Google’s initiative to empower women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking female modesty norms and glass ceilings. In this interactive session, students will participate in group discussions and exercises to develop the confidence and skills to promote themselves effectively.

Mentor Lunch: Lunch is included, and some of South Florida’s top women in tech will be joining us. Program participants will get to make connections and learn more about computing career opportunities.

Computing Career Panel: Learn about the many opportunities a background in coding can lead to during this panel session with female tech leaders from Wyncode, Ultimate Software, MDC, GE Digital, Timeless, and Kaseya (IT Glue).
